Please try resetting your browser cookies for 4C Offshore before resetting your password.
- Open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More and then Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all cookies and site data.
- At the top right, search for the website's name.
- To the right of the site, click Remove Remove.
- Click the button Menu and select Options.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
- Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
- In the Search websites field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove (4coffshore). Items that match your search will be displayed.
- To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.
- Click Save Changes.
- In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.
- Close the about: preferences page.
- Select the gear icon, then select Internet options.

- In the Website Data Settings dialog box, select View files.

- Scroll through the list of cookies to find the one you want to delete.

- Select a cookie and press Delete on the keyboard.
- In the Warning dialog box, select Yes.
- Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings.
- In the left hand side click on > Cookies and site permissions.
- Then click on 'Manage and delete cookies and site data'.
- Next click on 'See all cookies and site data'.
- Search for the site's cookies (4coffshore) you want to remove.
- Click on the arrow down next to the cookie and click on the trash can icon to remove this cookie.
- Open Chrome and head to Settings.
- Then, click on Site Settings > Storage.
- Here, you’ll see all the stored data for websites, including cache and cookies.
- Search for '4coffshore', Select and clear all the data for the website.
- Open the “Settings” app and tap on “Safari”
- Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Advanced”
- Tap “Website Data”
- Tap “Edit” in the upper right corner, then tap the red (-) minus symbol next to the individual website (all references to 4coffshore) and remove the cookies by clicking on the “Delete” button
